DMCA Policy for James Vanderbeek Dead

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Name, Address, and Telephone Number: Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
